We are currently seeking an HR Specialist to join this team in Lake Balboa, CA. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.

Position Details:

Title: HR Specialist

Pay Range: $23-25 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Location: 100% Onsite in Lake Balboa CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain and organize HR files and employee documentation.
• Support HR and company events.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee and HR information.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience preferred; HR or recruiting exposure is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \(Word, Excel, Outlook\).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for teamwork
